While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame.As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.


Orders are shipped via typically ship within 3-5 days from the time the order is placed. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the delivery address and weight of the order If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost.

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.



We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out, we are not responsible for the lost package.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time

Transit time  3–5 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 pm. Order handling time is 1-3 business day (Monday to Wednesday ).


C. Delivery Terms

We use the DPD, Fedex and PostNL courier to deliver the product.


D. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.


E. Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


F.Tracking Your Order

After each order you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track your packages. The code may not always be recognized by the website. This usually happens because the code has not yet been processed by the carrier. In this case you can follow your package the next day.


G.Modifications on Orders

If you would like to make any change to order, please contact us at as soon as you can – once we start the fulfillment process we are unfortunately unable to modify the order.
